International Women's Day: Commitment 2022

I commit to support #breakthebias2022 by seeing woman an men with their unique strengths and as individuals - absent any role-thinking or bias. Special focus for me is to break free from any bias that is related to career and children. Both parents can love and enjoy both.

I strongly believe that breaking the bias starts with us all individually. We have it in our hands to stop seeing ourselves in predefined parenting roles; we can also stop seeing people in such roles and through the lens of related bias. We thus have it in our hands to connect truly with ourselves and with each other - and define our life free from pre-defined norms.
